The Carnamah Lions Club run an op-shop from a house at 42 Macpherson Street. It is open from 9am to midday from Monday to Friday. The op-shop has a range of of household items, toys, clothes and much more for sale at bargain prices, with proceeds going into a range of local community organisations | Map

The Exchange is a former mechanical garage and showroom that has been transformed into a community lounge-room, book exchange and event space that features visitor information, free WiFi and computer access. It is located at 4 Macpherson Street in Carnamah and is open Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10am to 2pm | Map
